Tribal Train The Trainer is designed for trainers who want to improve their delivery and engagement methods when presenting. This course will cover techniques to formally and informally assess what your participants have learned.
Recommended for those having less than 3 years of training experience before attending this certification opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday sessions 8 am - 5 pm and Friday 8 am - 12 pm with a break for lunch. Attendees will be on their own for meals.

Jack has more than twenty years of experience in leadership development, workforce solutions, and training and development. Jack is an expert in the areas of training philosophy and implementation, andragogy, assessing learning, and evaluating training programs. He served as the Director of Learning and Development and Choctaw University for the third largest Native American Tribe in the United States where he oversaw a staff of fifteen people who offered over 6,000 training courses per year.
Jack earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
